Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Building rapport, serving as the main point of contact, and fostering long-term loyalty.

Educational Requirements
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or Marketing.
  • Preferred Degree: MBA or PGDM (Finance/Marketing) is more beneficial, especially for big banks.
  • Work Experience: 1-3 years of prior experience in sales, banking, or customer relations is considered very important.
  • Skills Required:
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
    • Basic Computer and IT Knowledge.
    • Experience in meeting sales targets

  • Large Banks/Corporate (RM): MBA/PGDM and 3-5 years of experience.
  • Small Institutes/Associate RM: 10th pass or Graduate with 1-2 years of experience. 
Additional Requirements
Key Additional Requirements for RM Jobs:
  • Experience: 1 to 3-4 years of sales experience in wealth management or banking (especially for experience positions).
  • Education: Graduate (Commerce/Maths background preferred) or MBA in Finance/Marketing.
  • Skills:
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Sales and Negotiation: Ability to sell products (Upselling/Cross-selling).
    • Relationship Management: Solving customer problems and building trusting relationships.
